7AM: Board Motor Coach and Check-In.

1PM – 4PM: Trip to White House*

5:00PM: Check-In Hotel Room – Settle in and get ready for a delicious dinner.

6:30 – 8:30PM: Dinner Buffet Served Live DJ Music Entertainment.  (Cash Bar available, served by hotel staff)

9:15 – 10PM: Comedy Show – Live Performance by a Family Friendly Comic

10:30PM – 1:30AM: Dance Party – with Live DJ Entertainment, Adults Only

11PM- 1AM: Premium Open Bar

SUNDAY

8AM – 10AM: Breakfast Buffet Served

 

8:30AM: Check Out Begins – Turn in Keys to Front Desk & Load Luggage on Coach.

 

10:00AM: Coaches Load & Depart for DC Museum Area

 

11:00AM: Arrive at the National Museum of African American History and Culture.

Check your reserved time stamped pass for entry time.  You will pass through security check.

Along with the National Museum of African American History & Culture, here are some other ‘Must See’ Landmarks around National Mall in DC. Martin Luther King Jr Memorial, Lincoln Memorial and Obama exhibit at the National Portrait Gallery. Utilize the Smithsonian

Visitor Center for walking or metro details.

 

5:30PM: Load Coach for departure home. Meet at same location it dropped you off for the Museum.

Trip to White House: Embark on an exclusive journey to the iconic White House, where you'll have the opportunity to explore the historic residence of the President of the United States. Please note, access to the White House is contingent upon background approval, as per their strict security protocols. To ensure the safety and security of the President, First Family, and visitors, a background check is required for all guests over the age of 18.

We will be departing Newark, NJ no later than 7:15am, on the dot. We are in the process of securing a 12pm tour. When our tour is confirmed, we will be assigned a specific time. Our departure time is contingent on the confirmed time. Please visit this page for updated information.

Photo ID, Medications, Event Wristbands: All Guests are required to bring a valid government issued photo id to show for proof of age and to acquire special event wristbands for access to facilities and all events.  Keep your medications with you at all times, access to your luggage is limited on a motorcoach.  Guests must be 21 years or older to consume alcohol with proper valid photo id and is at the discretion of the facility serving.

Hotel Rooms: Every room comes with either one or two beds. Most hotels have a limited number of double bedded rooms (2 beds). Two bedded rooms are reserved for triple and quad occupancy rooms and then first come first serve basis for double occupancy rooms.  Some properties have pull out sofas or rollaway cots as an option.  Each hotel is different, based on local fire codes and availability.  Cot may be an added hotel fee.  Refrigerators & Microwaves are not standard, and will depend on availability and may be an added hotel fee. 

Hotel prohibits personal or open alcohol bottles in public areas including hallways and lobby.  Hotel rooms and facilities are non-smoking.  Any room smoked in, a cleaning fee of $350 is charged to room guest by hotel.

You cannot enter museum entrance line before scheduled time on pass.  Children under age 16 must be with an adult at all times.  Museum recommends touring in small groups for easier passage through exhibits.

Museum Ticket Distribution: We will distribute the timed stamped museum pass on your bus prior to departure Sunday morning.  You have at least 4 hours to visit the museum.  You can enter museum any time after the stamped time on your pass up until 4:30pm.  Once you exit museum, you cannot re-enter. 

Museum Security Process:  For safety reasons, all visitors are required to pass through a screening process including a metal detector or electric wand.  Security hand checks all bags, purses, strollers & containers.  Items not permitted in museum at any time include: tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, guns, 3D weapons, knives, pen knives, pets, outside food or drinks, scissors, aerosol cans, tools, smoking, placards, signs, or banners.

Weather & Walking: Wear comfortable shoes, there will be lots of walking, standing and steps in and out of all museums & mall. Be prepared for all weather conditions like rain or lots of sun, etc.

Motorcoach Standards & Policies:  Respect is the key to an enjoyable trip & Safety is the #1 priority.
All passengers are to remain seated while the coach is in motion.  All coaches are smoke free.  All coolers and large items should be stowed in the undercarriage.  Only items that fit in overhead bins are permitted on the coach.  Glass is prohibited.  Rest stops and consumption of alcohol is at the discretion of the driver.  If allowed, alcohol consumption should be in moderation and controlled.  Coach lavatory is designed for emergency use.  Recommend utilizing fully equipped restrooms at rest stop facilities when possible.
